Lorenzo is upbeat and entertaining, professional and very accomodating. he provides service that is worthy of being tagged as the best and should be the guideline for all of these other so-called professional services. He has provided me with not just the basics but extra little perks like what to do so you wouldnt have to call him for service. good for me, bad for him. he even programmed a fax machine for the most dialed numbers.
