If I could give zero out of 5 stars I would, but 1 is the lowest: so they're deserving-zero star is over-creditted: The Yucaipa Towing location on Day St (just south of Alessandro Blvd) in Moreno Valley, CA is dishonest and has a corrupted staff. Our vehicle was totaled and was towed to their yard. If I had a choice, I would not have taken it here. If at all possible, spread the word to your loved ones, neighbors, friends, strangers, and Yelp'ers to NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE... AVOID AT ALL COST!!! These people steal your belongings!!! FACT! They will charge you $100 to remove your personal belongings!!! FACT! I am also disgusted that these barbarians are allowed to run a business this way! Unacceptable! ...read more

They're horrible, our company has used them on 3 different occasions and all three times were so bad we had to call out another towing service all three times. AAA has received numerous complaints on them, the drivers are really really rude and they ask for tips. After being rude. 1. The driver did not know how to manually put my car in neutral when the battery was dead. 2.Complained about a tow to Los Angeles, even though it was a $600 cash tow and they knew that before they came out but the driver told me he does not want to drive that far because the money "does not go into his pocket". 3. We needed a jump one time at night and the driver did not have a flash light and told me they don't get paid enough to have a flash light.
