The fog was so thick it felt like rain. Our group isn't daunted by a little moisture. A good thing too, as the workout got us heated up quickly. After the warm up there were 14 stations set up along with 4 1 minute planks and 4 sets of suicide sprints intermixed. The logs provided for the tricep dips, front lung w/ back leg lift and step-ups. Then there was the bosu ball with body blads - flip it over for push-ups, one leg bridges with stability disc, hula-hoop, jump rope, agility ladder with ball toss, 30lb kettle bell rope pull, heavy rope workout, pull ups, partner squats, side planks and of course the relaxing stretches. Hello to all who have found this listing. I have been lucky enough to succesfully and joyfully be massaging both visitors and locals of the Mendocino Coast since my schooling was completed in 2001. In 2005 I began seeing clients in my new office space which I share with two other wonderful therapists Lorilai Choate CHMT and Liz Haapenen CMT. Our space is called Three Hearts Therapy. My busy-ness in the office required me to end my outcall service but I continue to enjoy the pleasure of having a wonderful space to provide for people to come and relax. My motto in life and in my work is "A soul must never be pushed or driven, but allowed to unfold naturally like a flower blossoming bit by bit in the sun".
