I love the knitting gals at Very Knit. They always answer my questions-with humor. Their yarns are fabulous. Very Knit carries mostly European and hard to find yarns-so I've been using them for all the gifts I knit. Good yarn is pricey; but they never have "over sold" me yarn for my projects. They put it on hold for me. They have store samples everywhere-which I need before I commit to anything more than a scarf. I have been shopping at Bella for as long as I can remember. It is for the women who love Juicy, Seven T.R., etc... etc...Deb the owner is classy and the shopping experience is one of a kind. Gina ( an employee) runs around chosing her favorites for me. for me. In additon offering a drink, even a glass or chardonnay. I always feel special. I've been in this store twice and I won't be back. I was never approached to find out if they could help me find something specific or even to just say hello. You all know that feeling you get in a store where the sales people have forgotten that you are the customer not an interuption. Anyway, the second time I went in with a few friends. Bella Rosa is a nice alternative to mall boutiques. I used to like to stop in before or after I'd get pedicures down the street. I agree with everything the previous poster said. The store has a relaxed, shabby chic style. The sales associate is friendly and helpful. Women's boutiques are now popping up in Los Gatos, but none of them are are cool and hip as Bella Rosa. They carry expensive items but they are worth it. The store is beautifully decorated and they just carry items that no other store in Los Gatos carries. ...read more
