...I 'stumbled' across Saivian while walking out of a Costco. Some youngish looking guy approached me and said - what if I told you I could turn those receipts you'd normally throw away into 20% cashback, is that something you might be interested in? I said "Why sure!" And the rest was history. Long story short, the dude was right, and I started getting cashback on the things I was already buying. There is one catch though, you pay a membership fee every 28 days. The fee is $125 at the time of this writing, so if you do the math, you need to spend about $625 in the same time, with receipts to show for it, just to break even. You can only submit redemptions once a month, so there's a bit of a delay because the dues are done every 28 days. If you work the math out, you can still do alright, like me. This place is pretty awesome sauce! Where else can you be a customer, member, employee, and advocate all in one company? Let me explain. I use their mobile app to scan receipts on things I already buy, submit them in and save money on my regular purchases. So you can say I'm a customer. I pay a membership fee every month or so to keep this awesome benefit. So I'm a member. I then go out and advocate the beauty of this product to my friends, family, acquaintances, strangers, basically anyone that will listen. If they sign up, I get a referral credit and earn additional money. So in some ways the company pays me for that, so I guess you can call me an employee. =) The reasons are why this company is so great, for the time you spend you get a ton of benefits. One of the things that I highly value from a business is customer service. Some people often think that it is the least important aspect of a business but I have to disagree. A few days I had a difficulty uploading my receipt. I kept getting errors on my phone. I was worried that I was not able to collect the full cash back amount. I quickly emailed the customer service with details of the issue and they quickly resolved them for me! I was surprised that they got back to me so fast. I appreciate the good customer service.
