I would advise not to do business with Dr. Larry J. Gottlieb, Inc. Dr. Gottlieb ascertained prescription has been verified as wrong by two other doctors. That’s three prescriptions and all are verified wrong. Dr. Gottlieb refuses to refund the money, on the bases I signed papers agreeing to his refund policies which he can not produce with my signature. Nor was it disclosed when I ask about refunds and was told there would be no problems if the glasses did not work. The important point is he missed a serious eye condition that was identified for further verification with a test so simple it is stupid he could miss it. I returned to pickup the glasses, immediately realizing they were wrong, the staff turned very nasty, unprofessional and down right rude. Trying to work with them was very, very bad. I have tried everything to work things out, but they soon refused to even talk on a reasonable level. I’m out over a thousand dollars with a pair of glasses that are worthless. ...read more
