We were married on May 28th 2011 and planned for an upscale outdoor cookout for our Reception. We live in Los Angeles and have incredible catering companies available. We decided to have our ceremony in Modesto at my husband's parents home. I was very suspect of finding a great catering company until we found Wanda's Branding Iron. She was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We provided her a very specific menu and she created every single item we requested. She arrived with her crew of professional and just plain nice people. The food was incredible and our guests loved it! We received so many compliments on how great the food was. Wanda is the best there is and makes you feel like your event is the most important event in the world. You completely have her attention and she bends over backwards to make you happy. It so refreshing to find a company especially a catering company that believes the customer deserves the best. If you need a caterer call Wanda first and she will not disappoint you. The reason why my work stands out from others who do what I do stems from my core belief that true entertainment should be all about the audience and NOT about me. In other words, the audience should be the star NOT the entertainer. My shows therefore are based on a carefully laid out plan that includes  Audience Participation Stage Presence Character Development A Comprehensive Understanding of Humor The Psychology of What Makes People Laugh Mental Preparation Confidence Experience Showmanship  When properly applied, these skills and principles along with my "secret ingredient" ultimately generate a powder keg that is primed and ready for explosive laughter, spontaneous fun and sheer amazement! Contained within this powder keg is a highly interactive environment which transforms my audience members from being passive observers into active participants who contribute to the overall entertainment value of the show, This unique environment demands that I never perform DOWN to to my audience - which I have seen other performers do - requiring them to watch some sort of ego-maniac artist take the stage and make the show all about him. There is something inherently wrong on so many levels when any artist performs only what they want with the attitude of "Hey, look at me!" "Look what I can do but you can't!" Over the years I have discovered that interaction creates unique and hilarious improvisational opportunities that are truly entertaining and extremely memorable.
