When you call for a quote, especially in a time of urgency, Sean the owner answers the call! He was very helpful on the phone and was able to provide a timeframe to come out on the same day! He came out and was very professional and caring toward my situation. His first quote was pretty high to fix my jammed and a little bent door caught on my broken foundation that elevated from the cold and rain. It HELPS to negotiate with CASH which was very helpful and confirmed the work. Because it was already late in the afternoon during the quote and assessment, he came out the next day (even called to confirm an hr before appointment) with the necessary parts and completed the work in less than 2 hrs and SAVED me from buying a new garage door.
