My wife and I visited Carmelita's for the Fair Oaks Successful Thinkers Meet-Up that takes place Mondays at 11:00am right here at Carmelita's. This is a fantastic resaurant from top to bottom. The outside seating area was great! The food was served hot and fresh from the friendly and accommodating staff. I have eaten at perhaps hundreds of Mexican restaurants and today was an exception, Carmelita's restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the service is fantastic and the food is amazing. As the founder of Successful Thinkers Inc. a worldwide networking group I can't say enough about the restaurant and its staff. As of today we will be coming back once a week every Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to network and build relationships for business. We are truly blessed to use their beautiful restaurant to network. I can't recommend Carmelita's restaurant enough.
