The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a body shop. I will not disclose who I am due to fear of retaliation. I had a simple repair; fix broken glass which I was quoted one week. The business took three weeks, ordered the wrong glass piece, and then took three weeks to do the job. The shop overcharged me; a total of $1100. They replaced my factory glass with a used piece of glass from some junk yard dealer in Oakland! When I was dissatisfied with the amount of time it took and how difficult they were to work with, they said that is the way it goes. The owner is a big fat, dirty, dishonest, rude slob! I am pursuing a complaint with the State of California with the Better Business bureau.
