Chuck Gerson breaks every law in order to get what he wants and knows it too. He enters your house without any notice and when I challenged it, he served us an official notice in writing that he would continue to enter WITHOUT 24 hour notice. He's been in my house, opened locked doors, and I've found him wandering my backyard. He knows that what he does is wrong because he suddenly understood the word "No" when he was contacted by an attorney.
