The absolute worst service ever! This branch has stolen over $1,000 from us! They came out on October 21st to install our alarm system. I was then told the system we signed up for wasn't going to work and we would need to upgrade to the wireless for more money. The tech left wires everywhere, boxes out and the alarm cover sitting on my staircase with a big hole in the wall. In the meantime ADT cashed our check for installation for over $1,000. The rep Tim came back out to set up another installation 2 weeks later and still nothing was done. I have called the office to request for a refund since we are out over $1,000 and have NOTHING to show for it. I have left Brian Pershall the Branch Manager 2 messages with no call back and his Manager 1 message with no call back either. First off a refund is never due from a service provider, only a manufacturer can refund a defective part which they gladly do if its malfunctioning. If your part was defective and you reported it after 30 days it is no longer the installers responsibility to refund the cost, and regardless service fees are never refundable. All the work done by Xact Pool and Spa is top-notch! if you've got a problem John can fix it. he's never been late, not showed up, or unable to complete a job. This company is quite simply the best around you will find no one more intelligent, honest, profesional, and capable. I guarentee it, and im sure John will too. My rating is zero stars. John installed a Compupool Salt Generator with our pool equipment. The first one leaked. The second one started leaking two weeks after installation. John did not give us any warranty info. After calling John for two days, he finally returned our call. Now he will not refunded our money for a defective Salt Generator.Compupool says the money must come from John because we bought the part from him. We called John twice and left messages.
