Spring Staging Tips

Are you showcasing the full potential of the property? This time of year is wonderful to stage outdoor vignettes at your listings. Summer is approaching and potential buyers will be checking out the front porch and back yards of all the properties they tour to see if it will live up to their entertaining lifestyle.   Curb appeal starts right at the front entry. Consider setting up a small bistro set, with a pitcher of lemonade and small bowl of lemons during your open house. We all know the can reach extremely high temperatures during the Summer. The thought of sitting on the front porch with a nice cool glass of lemonade sets the tone of a relaxing environment and defines the front porch as useable space, not just a place for potted plants.   By staging the back yard with patio sets and bright colored pillows, will often extend the buyers perception of square footage if done properly. Lowes and Home Depot carry inexpensive options for patio furniture.  A comfortable patio swing or loveseat, with an outdoor rug is also a great way to extend perceived living space.  Calming water fountains, wind chimes, and brightly colored pots placed strategically are sure to grab your buyers eye. Remember, the same comforts of inside the home should be felt outside as well!Essential Home Staging is Sacramento's premier Real Estate Staging Company.  We offer a variety of Professinal Home Staging services to suit all level of clients.  Here are a few of the services we have to offer.Real Estate Staging Services: Vacant Home Staging Occupied Home Staging Essential Home Toolkit - Seller Staging Option Design and Re-design Services:  Paint Consulting Color Consulting Finish Selection Furniture and Accessory Shopping Space Planning Call Essential Home Staging today for your FREE Staging Evaluation!  (916) 402-6098  Looking forward to working with you! ...read more

Tiner Properties

By 250DollarsPoorer

I leased for a year from Tiner. After I moved out, they withheld $250 from my security deposit to have someone do "yardwork" even though the yard was in the same (if not better) condition then it was when I moved in. This is in spite of the fact that they didn't hire anyone to do yardwork at all during the lease (since I maintained it myself during that time!) So this implies that the yard was fine during the 12 months that I rented, but not on the day that the move-out inspection is done (according to them.) Unbelievable. ...read more

I have left numrous messages with the agent on the property we were interested in. I waited 2 weeks and no response. I called and voiced my frustration to the receptionist and I did finally get a call back from the agent. She said we were first in line for the property and she would talk to the owner. Once again, no response. I called again after waiting 5 days and the receptionist told me the home had been rented. When were they planning on telling me? I thought I was "first" in line for the property. Very poor communication and business practices! ...read more

Tiner Properties

Outstanding customer service, professional and responsive!!! My family and I have been tenants of a Tiner Property for 2 years and we have been extremely pleased with the level of service we've received. As longtime renters (and owners of a rental property), it is rare to find a property management company that is as responsive and pleasant to work with as Tiner. The entire staff at Tiner is terrific but Pam and Crystal stand out for their enthusiastic demeanor and professionalism. Thank you Tiner for making renting a home in Carmichael a great experience for us. ...read more
