Medi Star transport service transported my mother for 3 weeks to Dialysis in El Monte on M-W-F while her family was unable to transport her due to a knee injury she sustained while she was hospitalized. This made it hard for her to climb into our families SUV's to be transported 3 times a week. Medi Star filled in for us while she recovered and they showed her support and encouragement. She and I were very pleased with the tech's care, their patience and compassion and timely arrival. The EMT's involved know who they are and I just wanted to thank them and share our gratefulness for Medi Stars service and a job well done.
