I brought my car in on the recommendation of my job's perks website, as we were entitled to a discount. They charged me over $600 for a tune up and a headlight repair. They had the car for an entire day until a part arrived. Even though they advertised rides to and from work, I was not offered that service and had to ride the bus.
The next day I noticed that my headlight was not flush with the car. Within a month it was burnt out again. I brought it back in for another over night stay and all day repair. I was hit with additional charges of over $100 to replace parts they tried to "spare me from paying for" the last time I brought it in. Within another month it was burnt out again. I called to speak to the mechanic and he told me they were too busy to even look at in until next week. I did stop by with the car and he would not even speak to me.
I then turned this matter over to my employer. It took them days to finally get an answer from the owner. I DO NOT TRUST THEM!
