I purchased two beautiful severums- after two weeks one had a little ich - I called the store and they explained step by step what to do- the owner even offered to replace my fish- if I didn't want to treat the one I had- Who does that? Since he agreed to swap the fish out, I decided to treat the fish myself- he's great now!The staff is nice, my favorite employee is Dwayne, He always takes care of me when I come in- He's very knowegdeable about the fish- and he cares about them too- it's not just about the sale. Love him! He knows his stuff and is the nicest person ever!
