Wichita Better Bus Bureau

On 4/21/14 I called the number that was on the TV. To give me a price on some windows. I agreed and put $2823.00 down. With a balance due of $5700.00 on completion. I had told my friends and my mom about the windows. My mom wanted to go see the windows and doors on display.4/29/14.
I had talked to one of their salesman a week earlier. But, the price was to much.
So, I called the Wichita number (316) 942-7070. No one would answer. Then I called the Lee Summit, MO. office (800)950-3060. On the third day, Allen answered. I started to tell him, that I had called the Wichita number and no one would answer. That I seemed like it was a scam or not a ligetimate business. Allen, said hold on I will get you to the right person.
David Chiarelli, called himself the President of the company. Was very rude and inconciderate. Loud and would over talk me. He refused to listen to me. He kept saying "You can't make up stuff! Not one time would he tell me what he was talking about. He did say that I said "I feel like it is not a ligetimat company". Bingo! I have every right to feel any way I want and can feel!" David Chiarelli, said "he don't care If I cancelled the contract! "I can cancel the contract now myself and you don't have to worry about it again". I told him fine, cancel it then! Just send me back my check!
I called back to get the fax number. Because from talking with David Chiarelli, I don't trust him.
Since then my check has cleared the bank and I have called to make sure they have the correct address to send my money back to me. Because, I noticed that the second guy had the wrong address on the contract.

My complaint is: I feel like David was so adimate in stating he would cancel my contract. But then do nothing in getting my check back too me.
The way David was talking to me was very rude. And to be a business. I have never heard a president of anything talk that way.
