U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I had an aunt pass away out in Upton, & I had to drive from OH to there. When I got out there I believed I needed a smaller truck. They ordered 1, & allowed me to use the 24' on the lot. As we filled up the truck, I called the owner & told him of the situation. He told me "no problem" come in the next day & I could pay the difference. I was an emotional wreck the 4 days I was out there, & this kind man & father sat & listen to my story & saved me more headache how I was going to make the trip back to OH., by staying longer in his day to make things right & safe for our trip. I am so grateful & humbled knowing that there are still kind-hearted people that come into our lives every now and then. Thanks again fellas!!
