Twin Trees East Syracuse

Twin Trees East Syracuse is a great place for lunch or dinner! I eat there all the time, as I live just down the street. I usually get just wings because I am addicted! I ask for them extra crispy and they are cooked to perfection every time.. except for the last couple times lately.. but hey, I still love you guys! They are still yummy! I have noticed lately, the pizza has gotten EVEN better! Perhaps it's who ever cooks the pies on Sundays-- i don't know, but most every Sunday I order a large pizza, and it's FABULOUS! Thank you to all who cook my food to perfection-- great pizza, great wings, great service!!

First pizza at original Twin Trees in 1977. Moved back to Syracuse on the East Side in 1997, so get our pies here now. Yesterday (2/6/10) downloaded coupons from their website and ordered 2 pies to pick up, one with extra red sauce. When presenting the coupon, was told it expired in 8/31/09 - over 5 months ago. I was told that their website hadn't been updated - apparently for 5 months! She spoke with the manager, who she said confirmed that they would not honor the coupon. I was 8 feet away, he never even looked over at me. Understandably, he must be frustrated with the failure to have their site updated. He must also hope that they have enough upset customers filing complaints that the owner gets the website updated. OK - glad to oblidge. ...and by the way, the extra red sauce I was charged for was not on the pie.

recently order food from Twin Trees E.syr for delivery and had the put it on my card. They asked for the number and the 3 digit security code. The next day someone used my for online purchase and 2 laters they tried again. Good thing I had security watch on my card. Nice try jerk, i hope you get busted. In case someone at Twin Trees reads this, it was a female who took my number and they tried to use it for online dating services. Loser all around . They lost my business.
