Owner is Abusive and Bizarre
The owner should be in jail soon for felony animal cruelty for trapping his neighbor's dog and then killing the dog without bothering to call the neighbor, talk to the neighbor, call animal control, or do anything a normal sane person would do.

Seriously. He trapped a dog by the leg and shot him in the head. Buy your food from a non-psychopath.\t\n\t\nCitysearch won't allow links to be posted, but just search for "David Shonk"+dog and you can read the news articles on this gem of a guy. \t\n\t\n
