Comcast Center

I have tickets for the Buffett show in September. I've been going for the past 6 years and without a doubt the best tailgate party ever. It will be very interesting to see what happens this year. I would start by canceling Comcast. There's nothing wrong with Verizon. I wonder if the Mansfield Police station can hold 20,000 thousand people? I wish Buffet went back to Gillette this year.\t\n\t\nCheers

I went to the Dave Mattews show on 06/28 at the Comcast Center and I will never go to a show at the Comcast Center again! I have been to the Tweeter Center for numerous shows over the years and I have never expereinced the brutallity and humiliation that I had seen at the Comcast Center. I saw a number of full grown adults be embarassed and yelled at by men in spandex and biker helmets because they were grilling and drinking peacefully on a sunny summer afternoon in the parking lot. But it didn't stop there. If you are under 25 and have an out of state license, good luck buying any alcohol inside the venue. Even if you have 2 proofs of ID. \t\nOn a personal level, my over forty father even had a hard time getting a beer. My over forty father was carded! He tried to use his military retiree ID and was told by the person behind the counter that they only accepted active duty cards. After showing the person behind the counter his out of state license and his credit card, it took the person behind him in line to yell out "The man has gray hair! Give him a beer!" for the person behind the counter to give him a beer. My father, a man who spent over twenty years of his life protecting our standards of living was completely embarassed over a beer and was almost denied his American right!\t\nI understand stepping up patrolmen to combat underage drinking and illegal substance use. But taking away ticket holders right to have a good time in humiliating ways is completely out of line, especially when we spend so much money to be there. For now on, I will travel to Providence, Hartford, or Manchester if I want to see a show in an outdoor venue. I will never go to the Comcast Center again!!!!!
