Tubac Jack's Saloon

My glass of wine was very small. The salad was ok. My 16oz ribeye which I ordered medium rare was very thin probably 12oz and well done and dry. Then the inept waitress lost my credit card, swearing I never gave it to her. After searching for an hour while tha waitress mostly watched me, I paid with another card and left. The owner was compassionate and understanding, but he could have offered me a drink at the least. They assured me they would call me if they found my card (which I stopped anyway), and when they had not called, I called them the following day. The manager informed me the cook found my card behind the place on the ground that morning. The waitress named Christine probably took my check, went out back for a smoke, and dropped my credit card. No call, no apology no free drink, nothing but a completely horrific experience.
