Excellent front desk agent at answering questions.
Treatment was too proactive as their tests showed I did not have the condition for which the prescribed me medication.
The doctor or P.A ( some woman not sure of her title) prescribed me medication before finding out my test results. She did not prescribe the medication that I knew I would not react to, but instead prescribed to different medications (with bad side effects and reactions) that according to later tests results, were not needed! I felt a LOT sicker taking the meds she prescribed than I did before I came in to be treated!

The front desk agent was excellent at answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
The P.A. or doctor (not sure which one I saw) was a woman that hastily prescribed me a medication for an unproven condition.
She treated me before the test results came back with a medication I was leery to take with which I had some bad side effects or reactions. I called and asked to be switched to a medication I knew I was fine with but she switched me to a even medication with even worse side effects or reactions! The tests came back without them calling me ( I had to call to get the results) and it turns out I did not have the condition for which the medication was described!
