Troyer Rentals

My daughter lives in one of his rentals and you can't get him to fix anything. She has been without a kitchen stove for over a month and he won't even communicate as to when he is going to replace it. There also was a CO leak coming from the gas line to the cook stove and the gas company shut it off and left him a message. He then sent one of his employees to turn it back on and light the gas stove and told my daughter it was ok to use. My daughter ended up being put in the hospital because she got CO poisoning in her system which created pnemonia. Yes I am aggervated and he owns most of the rentals in PC. My daughter pays her rent on time and keeps the place looking nice. I just don't understand his behav
