Terrible experience with agent who lied about the length of my contract, telling me as an active duty military member I could cancel my contract when I received orders. I was later told that this was not true. Agent also was unprofessional, flirting with me and sending me his number with a buyout check (that was $70 less than the amount of the buyout.) Customer Service was less than helpful, paternizing and rude - also failed to return phone calls or emails and consistently failed to take responsibility for their employees' behavior.
