It takes a lot for me to write a negative review online about a company. I expect very little and am not quick to complain. I have rented from many apartment management companies over the years and have never seen a company as bad as Trends Capital. Maintenance requests will almost never be responded to (I've had a roof leak for 6 months now), phone calls and emails are never returned and the place is a dump. On the rare occasion that I ever get in touch with someone who works for the company, they lie to me consistently about everything. Over the past 6 months I've been given no fewer than 15 guaranteed dates that my leak would be fixed. If I get in touch with a secretary I'm always promised that my property manager will call me back but it absolutely never happens. Please, do not rent from this company. I wish I had checked out their reviews before I rented from them.

This was THE WORST COMPANY I have ever rented from. Prior to move in they gave away the apartment I was suspose to have and gave me a replacement apartment. This apartment was a mess when I moved in. There was broken glass on the balcony, broken closet doors,and the list continues. Every maintanence request I put in was ignored except for when my BALCONY railing fell off. Even then it took them 2 weeks and several e-mails from me to get them to come out . In the winter I had to use electric heaters because there was so much mold in my heating ducts that I got hives whenever I tried to turn my heat on. At one point the water company posted a notice saying they were shutting off the water in our building because the bill hadn't been paid. They just screwed me out of the majority of my security deposit because they claimed I didn't clean things that I scrubbed the hell out of before I moved out.
