I worked for this company as a 911 Paramedic for a year in NYC...During my time I witnessed more violations that put the public at risk than I could count...Even though you can't prevent them from responding to a 911 dispatch (disguised as a Beth Israel, Mount Sinai, Bronx Lebanon, Saint Barnabas Bronx, Montefiore Ambulance)... You do have a choice for transport services... This company only carries what is required on their trucks....If that meant a life saving drug wasn't required...chances are it wouldn't be there...I know...I was placed in this position when that drug was readily available in all our contracted ER's while parading around in those ER's ambulances...yet we did not have this drug....patients suffered..one slipping into cardiac arrest.....Just search Transcare reviews online...employees will share enough to steer you in the direction of another company I am sure...and if they show up for a 911 call...I would demand an FDNY supervisor be on scene.
