Sometimes the best measure of a company is how they handle something when things go wrong. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2004 Honda Civic on March 27, 2013. The service manager discussed the possible need for calipers at the time. I said if I needed them find but if not I didn't want to spend the money. After inspecting the calipers the technician felt they did not have to be replaced - I thanked him for his honesty which is something that has never happened to me when getting brakes serviced anywhere previously. The new brakes were working fine until April 22nd when they started making a god awful grinding noise. I took the car in yesterday and Service Manager Mike Ernst looked it over and said the calipers were bad. He apologized for not installing them last month - I told him you made the best call given the information you had at the time and were looking to keep me from spending money I didn't have to. Mike put in new pads and rotor and installed new calipers - I was only charged for the calipers themselves (no labor). They have a customer for life - because I trust them. I can recommend taking your car here for repairs without hesitation.
