Heres a review my experience with Timbercraft - which has dragged out beyond one year - and was surprised but certainly not shocked to find another customer who exactly echoed the experience I've had with this poorly run company. Jack Evans and his employees are the meanest bunch of people I have encountered. I won't go into the excuses they gave me for taking longer than a year to finish my home. Even told me their workers wouldn't come back to my home because the contractors were treated badly by me - contractors who don't speak the same language as me, whom I was nothing but kind to, even fed while they were in my home - on multiple occasions. Their contractors are shotty and don't finish their work, which is done halfway to begin with. I never met Jack Evans in person, but he yelled at me several times on the phone, calling me "an unhappy person" and telling me I could "call [his] lawyer and get in line like all the other unhappy people" he had built houses for.
