Regretful experience. This company has been very difficult to work with.

Last fall, our basement got flooded and our old monster of an oil furnace was destroyed. Thomas J. Kennedy came in, assessed the situation and recommended the appropriate gas furnace to heat up our 4,500 square foot home. In just three days, they removed the old furnace, redid the piping and installed the new furnace. The work was done fast, professionally and within budget. And the place was left super clean. Over the couple of months that followed we called them many times with questions. They promptly followed up, answered our questions and at times would even come by the house to assist us. We are extremely happy with the work done by JP Kennedy. They are professional, courteous and provide a valued service. Our home has never been so warm. Thanks guys.

I have used TJK in the past for both my plumbing and heating/ac needs. I find their business not only reliable but accommodating to my busy schedule. Last fall I moved into a new house and when I went to turn on heat for the first time on a cold night the heating system did not work. When I contacted TJK the next day they had a technician out to repair the problem right away they also recommended installing programmable thermostats to save on energy and heating costs.
