Thelma's bridal in mosinee WI is a horrible place it was a nightmare !!! .First off when we got there no one asked if we needed help. appointment 2 months before the wedding. the lady comes in to alter my dress, And all she did was pin it she did not measure me any where to see what she had to do. She gets on the floor and pins it bye hand .She did not use the tool that was a foot away to make sure it is even. I get my dress back and it is botched so bad it is not even the same dress, I ordered it is a inch to short, she put a sweet hart in it and it had it strait organelle. I had no shape in it and ,I was upset, I did not like my dress at all, I just wanted to go home . i asked if i could come back at a later time if ,I want and they told me sure, I call them back 3 days later and tell them i am not happy with my dress ,and that i want some one El's to fix it for me. Not the lady who did it the first time. They tell me ya we will have you meet with the head
