The Underground Fitness Club

I had so much fun trying out Zumba for the first time. It was really nice to know that there was not going to be any men there who could look at me. The environment is so positive. I laughed out loud at myself trying the moves, but it really did get easier as I kept at it. After I was done, my meter said I burned about 400 calories, but I didn't even feel like I worked out. It was so much fun. I can not wait to go back. The instructors there are so nice and really seem like they care about me and my journey to get back into shape. Its like a whole different place when you enter the underground. Like a fort for girls to just be them self and giggle and laugh but still get a work out in. I didn't feel any one was judging me. I even met some one there my age and she assured me that she started off laughing just the same as I did and now she has lost 10 pounds in less than a month of doing the zumba. I can not wait to see what my results are going to be.
