delivery problems
When delivery cannot be completed, there is no evidence of attempt. If the package is small enough they are just left at the front door. No ringing the bell to see if anyone is home. Nothing. Now it gets stolen and whose problem is that? Why aren't your employees leaving a notice? Then it becomes their word against ours. Who is at fault now?
