not very good
when we moved in, the previous management was kind and considerate and caring for their residents. We have lived here two years and the current management seems to care little for its residents. they constantly turn off the wter, change the rules without telling you and then claim that they sent out flyers to indicate such change. That is false. They will get around to fixinf something in your apartment when they feel like it. I feel that the time is coming when they will raise the rent too high. I miss the old manager as she was a people person!
