This guy work is awesome, the homes are totally rehabbed and equipped with the best. However, my experience with him was a little ruff. My co worker brought a house in the same area and recommended him to me. The house was really nice, I gave it 4 stars. However, I felt like he tried to hike the price up and the property lacked the same comps that other homes he had sold in the same area. I was shock, so I chose to do business else where.
