Owner is rude, over-priced, dirty.

Sign outside for Buy 1 Get 1 FREE Gyros (no need to buy a drink, fries, etc), so we decided to give them a try.

The owner was smoking outside and quickly ran behind the counter once he saw he had us for customers. -strike one

Then we proceeded to order the advertised "special" that was blinking in BIG L.E.D. lights on his flashy sign in front.
He said, "No, you have to buy 2 Gyros to get 1 free."

I pointed to his sign and he said that is a mistake, you have to buy 2 in order to get 1 FREE (again)

Trying to be nice about his mistake, I jokingly said "I can't eat that many Gyros."

He tried to cut a deal and said if I bought a Gyros, 2 fries and 2 drinks I could get a free sandwich. STRIKE 2

I was already done with him at this point and decided to pass on the Gyros "special"

After a minute of looking at their over-priced menu, I decided 2 VIenna Beef hot dogs and a large french fry order would do.

All was fine until I went to pay my 6 dollar tab. He told me I had to spend at least 10 dollars to use my debit card. Wow, man. Not only did you just lose a sale and a future customer, but you got yourself a bad review on every possible site I can find a link to your crappy little hole in the wall. I'm also very tempted to call Visa and inform them of your practices with the "minimum charge rule" <---I'm pretty sure it's illegal.
