I bought 2 prints online from a web comic ( Scott Johnson, he's awesome) and wanted them framed. I had never had anything framed before and had no idea what I wanted. The guy at the store guided me though all of my options and was super proffesional. I could have had the 12x18 prints custom framed for 70 bucks each. But at his suggestion I bought cheap 14x18 frames from Ollie's and just had him cut a matte. Its like a paper cardboard thing you stick in the frame. it was only 10 dollars each. 20 total. Really great experience.
