My Community is a Foster Child !
I live in an Association managed by Foster Company. It used to be nice here. What happened ? Cars parked on the grass, garbage cans left out, no uniformity in standards, no enforcement, unresponsive and brain-dead management, etc. We have a very nice entrance gate when it's working. I could go on. I choose to live in an Association to avoid it looking and acting this way and by that I mean IT LOOKS BAD & THERE IS NO ACTION. What are we paying for ?
