The Flower Box

I was very disappointed with a funeral bouquet. 3 stalks of unopened snapdragons..single mums..pink carnations..another flower I cannot name..greenery ..that's it? not the multicolor bouquet I thought I ordered, I think a $75 bouquet would have a few roses, lilies or some other showy 'premium' flower as a focal point.
I was embarrassed to have my name on the card. It was a group contribution and it looked like people just threw in a buck!
I have always had good luck ordering flowers directly from local florists, but now I will consider going through a company like FTD because then I will have some recourse when I'm not satisfied.
Did you run out of flowers? It definitely was the saddest bouquet there. I chose your store because you were doing the family's flowers.

The most beautifully arranged flowers ever! I soke with the sweetest woman that helped me out. She asked me to describe the person I was sending the flowers to and believe it or not she made the arrangement a perfect match to the description I gave her,

Called my mother-in-law in advance to get directions to deliver her Mother's day flowers,
ruined the surprise of her getting the flowers.Happy Mother's Day I need to know if your going to be home to receive your flowers.And I need directions to you house WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE DOESN'T HAVE A WAY TO GET DIRECTIONS ON THERE OWN
