The Face Place and Spa

I have been a client at the Face Place and Spa for many years and i would never choose a better place for my family to enjoy their time togather.I have always experimented great work ethics everyone works so well with one another.The pedicures are wounderful, they are an hour long and let me tell you they are well worth it !!!!! I have always been greeted walking in the face place always felt welcome i know you will too, So go and enjoy yourself.....

I had an appointment for a facial. I showed up for the appointment and the facialist was running behind on her appointments. They rushed my facial. When I made a comment that the experience seemed rushed, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner was the worst of all to deal with. Her business and customer service skills are lacking. The facialist did not thoroughly remove the mask used for treatment on my skin. This was bad enough but worst of all was the way I was treated when I mentioned the situation and offered to reschedule my appointment for a day when they were running on schedule. Once again, very rude owner.

I went for my first bikini wax at the Face Place earlier this week and was extremely surprised with my experience. I have received bikini waxes at other spas and was expecting this wax to be similar to the others. Instead, the waxing was extremely painful to the point where I experienced bruising and bleeding afterwards. Large pieces of wax were left on my skin, which were painful to remove when I returned home. The woman waxing, although making attempts to be personable and friendly, was nonetheless careless and paid more attention to her attempts at conversation than my burning skin. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I urge that others stay clear.
