The Eye Clinic

Worst eye doctor experience ever! As a new patient the doctor didn't even introduce himself to me. He began the appointment by telling me a story about finding cancer in a patient's eye by taking photos of the eye (which they did to me directly before). I thought he was preparing me for terrible news. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as just another sale for daily contacts. He prescribed me the very brand that I've had issues with in the past after begging him to prescribe me my usual brand. He insisted that I use dailys and that would be all he would prescribe. He was rude and inconsiderate of my wants and needs. He assured me I could come back and get as many trials as I liked until I found the perfect fit. When I called to redeem the promised trial pair I was told by the rude receptionist I would have to pay and asked if I just expected free contacts for life. The doctor completely misled me and I was uneasy about every decision he made regarding my eyes.

This Lying Snake will make you believe your eyes are Worse than actually are, thus Up-selling a higher priced contact lens. In his pitch, "In 6 months when lenses are out, come back & i will have a variety of NEW lenses will Give you to get you through rest of year". Upon my return, there are NO NEW lenses, & No Plan of getting new lenses this year. I am told by a RUDE clerical personell , "You want something Free, You gotta buy a Years worth of New lenses".. This was Never discussed in his "den of peversion" that i must purchase to get what was promised. I Originally wanted the "Extended wear, a years worth", but by His standards my eyes were in Horrible shape, thus talking me into a 6 month supply of "Daileys Lenses". An eye exam after leaving his facility reveals my eyes ARE NOT AS BAD, as he stressed. This Snake maxed out my vision insurance & left me holding the bag, any further services require CASH ONLY. AVOID THIS USED CAR SALESMAN AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
