they didn't tell me how much my hair would cost until it was too late and wouldn't fix the problems that were their fault when I complained. Huge waste of money and huge disappointment. My hair looked terrible when I walked out and has been getting worse every day; I've only washed it twice and everything's gone. Terrible. Save yourself the trip.

They charge $20 extra if you have hair past your shoulder blades. Nothing in their menu says $10 extra for longer hair. Professional stylist usually tell you before they begin your consultation. I really like coming here and I told a lot of people. Not anymore, I'm heading back to Salon Blu.

We started my daughter's wedding day with all 5 of her bridesmaids,flower girl, groom's mom and me at the Cuckoo's Nest at 8am. From the moment we walked in, the ladies/stylists there had everything under control... from our hair to our make-up... The ladies in our group who had not had the pleasure of experiencing the friendly atmosphere of the Cuckoo's Nest were utterly impressed with their hair styles and make-up and the efficiency in which all of it was done. To Laura and your staff of awesome stylists, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You all are the first special memory of a truly wonderful day! Love you all!
