Make IT Double

So we decided to go to this place today. Custom Burgers huh? Well it SOUNDED like it was going to be an ultimate experience to everyday burgers, but it was just plainly disgusting. The menu is clever and their presentation impeccable, but the execution is just POOR...no, SUPER poor. \t\nLet's start with the service. Guys, maybe you should consider hiring someone that somehow has valuable experience in customer service. The host was great and very informative. The waiter was OK. When I say okay is one of those people that has to be nice to get a tip. He took the longest time to take our food order (I actually thought he had thought he had already taken our order and forgot,..around 14mins NO JOKE). The kids food (burgers) were OVERCOOKED, as well as the turkey burgers (Mediterranean bowl for me) that we ordered. One of the turkey burgers had the 'frost bite' taste (you know when you leave meat in the freezer for a long time? yeah that!). No flavor to the meat. We asked for the egg to be cooked without the yolk and the cook said that he was not able to do that. The milkshakes, the fries and the grill cheese was good. \t\n\t\nSo, again, the concept of the restaurant is great but they need fresh meat if they want juicy burgers. I LOVE food and I LOVE great food and this place seriously does not need my presence again. Stop dressing up for halloween and start getting on board with the customer service and making great food. For a good burger I recommend ...FIVE GUYS or Stake and Shake. Not kidding people. OH yeah I def. agree with the gentleman that said that they were racist. I TRULY noticed that. \t\nI hope the owner of this place actually takes in consideration these reviews.

It was a great size portion, very tastey, nice friendly staff, very clean

The topping choices are vast, some quite exotic, but almost all very very good. The onion rings and fried come in huge portions (the burger portions are gluttonous). The milkshakes are also some of the best i have ever had anywhere.

The atmosphere is fairly good, definitely a family place. They do serve beer and whine, so a good place for adults also. The serivce is good, and the food is prepared fairly quickly.

The one drawback is that you you will probably leave thinking ""man that was one of the best burgers i have ever had, but I cant believe i spend that much on burgers and fries"".
