Done the Old fashion Way
I started with the BBQ Cajun Mussels and my wife had the wonderful French Onion Soup. These mussels were out of this world and plenty of bread to sop up the wonderful sauce. The soup was the best my wife ever had and she has it all over.
For my main I chose one of the chef's daily specials, which was Yankee Pot Roast with Noodles. The best Pot Roast I have ever had and it could be cut with a fork. My wife had the Boneless Long Island Duck. She didn't leave a bit on her plate, I have never seen a duck boned so beautiful. She said the orange sauce and the stuffing were great too.
What a wonderful find this place is, located on a dead end road in Yulan, over looking a beautiful lake. We can't wait to get back.
