While my initial visit was wonderful and I encountered wonderful employees, the second trip was awful! The hours listed here are incorrect; they close at 6pm. The person inside the shop refused to help us when we arrived at 4 minutes after 6. She wsa rude and curt and went so far as to say, "I couldn't help you even if I wanted to," which implies that she really didn't want to help us. As a former business owner, I would never refuse to help a repeat customer, and feel this was a really poor decision, especially when I was told that the owner wouldn't allow it. I called the next day and left my name and phone number for the owner to contact me. That was one week ago, and I haven't heard a word from him/her. They lost about $200 in business - - hope it was worth it. I won't be going back.

Wonderful shop and wonderful people! I had questions regarding e-cigarettes, and they answered them in great detail. I especially liked that I was not talked down to or felt dismissed in any way, as I have been at other establishments. They were just very friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. They also had time to give me directions to my next dstination! I'll be going back A LOT!

The only shoppe that I will go to. They are friendly even when crowded. Always informing me of new and better products.
