Texas State Remodelers

Don Nicholson, the owner and principal in this small, local company, is a professional. He provides an itemized contract for exactly what he will do and the prices then he does exactly what he says he will do. His work is top notch. I used to do some construction. My Dad was a carpenter and I know how many ways there are to cut corners. He doesn't cut any. He understands the engineering side of remodeling and does things right so that they hold up for the long term. I saw him practically harrassing his workers over small details of cleaning and finish work that I probably would never have noticed. Don't tell him this, but I think he charges too little for the quality of work he does. I'm over 50 and I have never dealt with anybody better. for residential jobs and remodeling.
