Tennessee Valley Fence

: Tennessee Valley Fence (TVF) has poor workmanship, poor quality, poor customer support, lack of concern to what the customer is requesting, failure to make good on what they are getting paid for. Statements of ‘Making it Right’ are just empty gestures with no intention of making it right. Home Depot should relook at their business decision to use this contractor that is performing work in their name. When we were advised that TVF was contracted to perform the work, we researched online to find out the quality of work they would perform. We were not comfortable with the negative reviews we read from multiple venues but since information online is not always accurate, we decided to let them do the work. In the end, the second and only other thing TVF did successfully was to demonstrate that all of the negative online reviews were correct.
