Ted & Julie's Park St Party Palace and Cafe

This is not a local haunt for normal people. Tourist's should definately avoid this place at all cost.

The bar itself isn't a terrible establishment, you can tell they have put money and hard work to make it look nice. However, the customers have no teeth the bartenders(with the exception of Deuce) look as if they're always on something. The only reason to go to this bar is to get in a fight or pick up toothless, crackhead women.
