TEAM TOYOTA at 1211 THORTON ROAD, LITHIA SPRINGS

Consumer beware of sales at this location. Had a terrible experience tonight. Car was sold to me, then told the items the Sales Person told me were included, were not included. Sales Person tried lieing their way out of what was told to me, but I showed papers to prove my position......then Sales Person said, "I'm tired", as if that was the excuse for telling me somthing that ended not being so according to the Sales Manager! Hmmmm, papers were signed to get my sale in progress too! Was told they would have to call the District Mamager to see if sale could go through because sale had to be entered before 10:00 p.m. (it was shortly after). I ask for a $249 item for price that was agreed upn, but was told NO! Was getting different words from my Sales Person and then tried to back their way out of waht they told me! Consumer beware of these sales persons when buying! Sales Manager apologized, telling me the Sales Person had only been there for "3 weeks"! Talk about poor sales tactics!

WILL NEVER GO BACK!

"Horrendous" would be how I would label this dealership. Their used car program leaves much to be desired. Prices look good, but in over 30 years of car buying experience I have never met a staff that could care less about their customers. I walked out the door and will make sure not to step foot in this location again. Not a fan of folks who appear to want to take advantage of an old man. End of story.

Frustrated

We were very impressed with the internet sales department, especially with Leslie. However, once we moved into the finance side, there were too many loose strings and miscommunications. Had to go out to the dealership to re-do paperwork after the finance team ran our loan through the wrong bank (instead of the bank of our choice with a lower interest rate.) Then we started running into problems with the car itself. Nothing major- just again an example of zero attention to detail. Car came over from the Team Honda dealership and I'm not convinced they even looked at it. Oil was spilled on the engine, engine cap not put on correctly, check engine light came on because of a thermostat issue. Only one car key delivered. My car has gone in twice now for repairs within two weeks and they still haven't properly turned off all of the warning lights. Would have been nice if they would have made sure that I could at least leave the dealership with two working brake lights.
