We bought the Lady Americana king-sized Viscotex memory foam mattress for $3000. The one in the show room at Mattress Guyzz seemed firm and comfortable--was told it would help my back pain.
Ours was soft and sunk in like quicksand, worse than sleeping on an air mattress. My back pain is worse than before after sleeping on this crappy excuse of a mattress for the last 2 weeks.
We went back to the store after a few days to compare ours to the floor model from which I'd selected. Salesman Frank came to our house to check our complaint. He agreed our mattress was defective, different from the floor model mattress. He was able to squeeze the corner of our mattress completely down together with one hand. So they're picking up the defective mattress and refunding us today, but still charging a $50 delivery fee for their mistake.
I believe Taylor Bedding Co.is scamming consumers and wouldn't doubt Mattress Guyzz is aware of their scam. I'm sure they're making nice profit. Buyer beware

The company is refusing to honor the warranty on the Lady Americana king size mattress set we purchased at our local military PX which is defective. We have had the mattress for four years. The mattress has severe indents on both sides where my husband and I sleep. In the middle of the mattress is a large hump. When you lay on the mattress is feels like you are laying in a hill.

Have been battling with the company for over a month now. First they wouldn't return my calls or email. I finally filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau of Austin, TX. Only then did I finally get an email from them, to tell me they didn't see the issue as a warranty issue and would not be replacing my mattress. If you check their report with the BBB online, you will see they have had several complaints filed against them for refusing to honor their warranty!

Stay clear of this company!!!

Purchased Lady Americana King size bed made by Taylor Bedding 4 years ago. At first is was the best feeling bed ever. After end of 1st year that feeling stopped and there were large visable dents in the bed. After calling the company in Taylor they where very defensive and said they would only look at it if there were greater than 2" dip in the bed and if there was we would have to pay for delievery and an additional $65 for repacking material that met current fire code standards. Never had a warranty cost me money?

4 years later bed has greater than 2" dip and is causing great back pain. Most likely we will throw this bed away and buy a name brand bed with better company backing.

After seeing similar reviews online from others, I wish someone would start class action suit against this company and put them out of business.
